Education and experience

• High education (Russian or equivalent) preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration

• 5+ years of work experience in consulting and/ or industrial environment (PMO within the financial institutions)

• Solid experience in managing projects portfolio/ streams within large projects within areas of strategy development and/or management systems development and/or business process optimization

• Knowledge of the target Russian market 

• Some previous experience in business development

• MBA / ACCA / CPA / CFA papers passed is an advantage

• Work experience in management consulting is an advantage

Knowledge and technical skills

• Proven project management tools and methods

• Strong report writing skills

• Russian – native/fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)

Soft skills

• Strong project management/people management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to operate in multitask environment
